1 . How do I log in for the first time?

If this is the first time your agency has logged into the database, then you will need to enter the default username/password that was supplied to you by the Iowa Bankers Association. If you do not have, or don't remember, this information then please email us and we would be happy to send it to you.

After you enter your username and password click on submit. You will be brought to a page that will require you to change your password to something else. You will also be asked for a hint incase you forget or password. Next you will be asked for an email address. This will be used to send reminders as well as to send your password in case you forget it. We will NEVER sell or give your email address to a third party. Next you are asked how often you would like to be reminded to update your programs. We suggest two times a year, but you may elect to only receive one once a year.

2 . What if I have forgotten my username and/or password?

You can get your username/password two different ways. If you have registered an email address with us you can use the automated username/password lookup system. This can be accessed by going to the login page and clicking username/password lookup. Your information will be sent to the email contact that we have on file.

If you do not have an email address on file with us, then you will need to email the Iowa Bankers Association to get that information.

3 . What if a program's information has changed?

To edit your program you will need to log into the agency administrative section of the website. To do this click on the login icon at the top right of the screen. You will then need to enter your username/password. If you do not have that information please refer to the questions above.

After you have logged in you will notice that all of your programs are listed. Just click on the edit program button or edit contact button to edit that information. Once you submit your updates the programs are immediatly changed.

4 . What if I would like to add a program?

To add your program you will need to log into the agency administrative section of the website. To do this click on the login icon at the top right of the screen. You will then need to enter your username/password. If you do not have that information please refer to the questions above.

After you have logged in you will notice that all of your programs are listed. Just click on the add program button at the top of the page. The add program process has multiple pages. The first page will ask you for all of the program's information. The second page will ask you for the contacts. The final page will ask you to associate your program with some keywords. These keywords can be searched for by users.

5 . My browser doesn't seem to work. Is there anything I can try?
We recommend that you run Microsoft Internet Explorer V4.0 or higher or Netscape V4.7 or higher. Any OS should work fine. If you are still having difficulties please email our webmaster and we will look into the problem.

6 . Something in the site doesn't work. I would like to report a problem?

If you are experiencing ANY problems with our site we welcome you to contact us. If you would like to contact us by phone please dial (800)-532-1423 and ask for a marketing staff member. Or below you will find email addresses of contacts.
