This Seminar is divided into two 90 minute sessions - September 11 and 13 • 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
A program directed for supervisors and managers who have employees reporting to them. The first day of this two (2) day program will review the value of coaching in today’s competitive environment for “employee talent”. The second day of training will be to assist supervisors and managers with the 4 C’s of: composing, communicating, constructive, and counseling to the employees they lead.

ACH Processing Seminar
This full day seminar brings you information you need to keep on top of the latest changes in the field of ACH processing. The seminar will be held October 17 in Cedar Rapids and October 18 in Johnston.
Presented in an easy-to-understand, one-day format, this seminar reviews the basis and structure of all ACH-processing. The seminar includes discussion on both receiving and originating. Recent changes to the rules including modifications to the ARC, POP and BOC processes, other operational efficiencies, formatting requirements for WEB and TEL debits and more will all be reviewed in detail.

Bank Security Management Seminar
The IBA is pleased to offer a bank security management seminar October 2 in Cedar Rapids and October 3 in Johnston. The seminar will feature risk management and assessment, 21st century frauds and scams, developing a security awareness program and how to keep front line employees safe.
Arvin Clar will be the featured speaker. Mr. Clar is a detective in the financial crimes division of the Cleveland, OH, police department.
Each registrant will receive a Certificate of Security Management attesting to attendance at the seminar fulfills obligations of a board of directors as required by the Bank Protection Act.
