What attracts you to the banking industry?
Banks are the backbone of economic development in their communities with the banker at the center of this activity. Banking is a service industry with the primary emphasis on helping customers attain their financial goals. That is what we are all about.
What do you think is the biggest hurdle of the banking industry? Change is the biggest challenge to the vitality of the banking industry. We must position ourselves to meet these challenges as the financial services industry continues to transform itself to meet the evolving requirements of a younger generation in our technology oriented society.
What is your main goal for the IBA in 07-08? To position the IBA to be proactive in this ever changing banking environment and to inform and provide our members with solutions to these challenges through an effective communications network.
