Over the past few years the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has tripled its enforcement staff. The number of enforcement actions has increased significantly. Many of the actions involved violations of Section 8 of RESPA, which prohibits unearned fees and kickbacks. For the past few years we have seen HUD enforcement actions involving RESPA nearly every month.

The Iowa Bankers Association is pleased to offer this one day course designed to assist you in preparation for the Iowa Credit Life and Disability Licensing Examination. The course is specifically designed for the State of Iowa and the material parallels the state insurance examination outline.
The session will be held Thursday, December 6 in Johnston.
