Partnership Selling: Consumer Banking Online Seminar

This session presented by Kent Stickler presents the basics of effective selling as a positive interpersonal skill with an emphasis on practical selling skills such as probing and listening, handling objections, and closing the sale. Participants will also learn how to identify leads and then guide customers to the proper area of the bank where they can get the financial advice and services they need.
Credit Life and Disability Seminar
The Iowa Bankers Association is pleased to offer this one day course designed to assist you in preparation for the Iowa Credit Life and Disability Licensing Examination. The course is specifically designed for the State of Iowa and the material parallels the state insurance examination outline.
The session will be held Thursday, December 6 in Johnston.
The registration fee includes an Insurance Licensing Candidate Handbook, study manual, one day of instruction, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
