Schools
Each year the Iowa Bankers Association sponsors week-long schools plus a leadership program for the professional growth and development of Iowa bankers. The schools are designed to promote the enhancement of skills and knowledge by focusing on the issues, regulations and requirements in different areas of banking.
Students receive a challenging educational experience from a faculty of noted bankers, consultants and academicians. The knowledgeable and talented instructors serve as role models and guides in tackling the many challenges and opportunities facing today’s bankers.
