The UK's Financial Conduct Authority has announced that publication of the LIBOR index is not guaranteed beyond 2021. Many financial institutions tie their adjustable rate mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit and/or credit cards to this index. Institutions should be taking steps now to prepare for this upcoming change.
