• First Bank, based in Waverly, promoted Marcia Speedy to assistant vice president, customer service manager; Cindy Hansel to customer service team leader at the main office in Waverly; Stephanie Chesmore to customer service team leader for the Cedar Falls office; and Jennifer Holthaus to loan processor. The bank also hired Emily Hammel as account processor; Morgan Meinecke as credit analyst; and Lisa Berends as account processor.
• Fidelity Bank & Trust, based in Dubuque, promoted Alan Besler to central regional president; Todd Steffen to market president of the Dyersville and Luxemburg branches; and Brian Daly to market president of the Epworth branch.
• Lincoln Savings Bank, based in Reinbeck, appointed Ken Furst, a former CPA with RSM US LLP, to its board of directors.
