Van Wyk Succeeds With Teamwork
Teamwork is important to Cale Van Wyk. Whether it’s assisting people with their financial needs at work or coaching football at the local high school, Van Wyk looks for ways to contribute to the teams he’s a part of. “I have learned that teamwork is always important, especially in my banking career,” Van Wyk said. “It takes a great team and great leadership for everyone to perform their best.”
A University of Northern Iowa graduate and assistant vice president at First State Bank in Lynnville, Van Wyk works primarily as a loan officer and compliance officer. It’s a job he says keeps him connected to another team — the community he lives in.
