Jordan: Banking at the Heart of Economic Growth
Jamie Jordan, AVP, consumer loan officer and branch manager at CUSB Bank, said a career in banking means being at the heart of economic growth. She is proud of attending the IBA Leadership Institute, saying the opportunity was helpful for personal and career growth. Jordan encourages anyone interested in banking to start gaining part-time experience in high school or college.
Jordan said involvement with the IBA provides up-to-date training and many opportunities for networking. A guiding quote in her life is from Abraham Lincoln, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” When she’s not working, Jordan recharges by spending time cooking, having game nights and traveling with family.
