Non-Member $150.00 per person

• Access to recorded webinar for 30 days after the program.
• This fee does NOT include exam fee.
Registration Deadline
Due to advance study needs, registrations will not be accepted after April 13, 2021.
Cancellations
Refunds will be made if requested one week prior to the workshop. No refunds after that date.
