This workshop will teach you how to give testimony under oath to defend your bank and your actions in an employment agency matter or lawsuit. Testimony of defendants from real hearings, depositions, or trials will be re-enacted and used as learning tools. You will be able to ask questions of the presenter and actors, and answer questions posed by the presenter, in this interactive workshop. Human resources professionals, supervisors, and managers are the target audience of this workshop.
