When looking back on your banking career, what achievement are you most proud of and why?
Graduating from Northwest Bank’s management trainee program is my biggest accomplishment. Coming to the bank from an entirely different career, this program exposed me to every facet of banking. The first year and one-half as a trainee, I was literally a sponge, experiencing and delivering retail services to include mortgage lending along with assisting commercial, operations, human resources, marketing, information technology, wealth, and more. The opportunity to be a part of this program has been an honor and has provided me with many resources and contacts along with the tools to do my job effectively and efficiently today.
