Pamela Frye 2Frye Values Her Team

Pamela Frye, human resources specialist at Peoples Bank in Hawarden, is proud to work alongside her team. The bank’s slogan is, “Where Values Matter.” Frye believes this is an accurate representation of the bankers she works with as they truly care about the families and communities they serve. “A career in banking is about creating great relationships to help your customers achieve their goals,” she said.

Her advice to new bankers would be to have patience. Frye has found banking, and life in general, to be more of a marathon than a sprint. She works to make each day meaningful, even the minor details. Outside of work, Frye enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and solving puzzles of all kinds.
