The authorization section below is optional and may be completed by the CEO or authorized executive.

Contributions shall be used for STATE CAMPAIGNS ONLY unless you complete and authorize the “Federal Authorization for Solicitation” section below – whereby the association has the flexibility to use a portion of your contributions for Iowa congressional campaigns, as well as state legislative races.

Federal law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. BUILD contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All contributions to BUILD are voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. All contributions are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of federal and state campaign laws.
